We collect information you provide when creating an account: email address, display name, and property data including boundary coordinates, scout pins, and food plot preferences.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the platform
• To run AI-powered habitat and food plot analysis on your property data
• To send transactional emails (account verification, password reset)
• To generate partner product recommendations based on your property analysis

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers required to operate the platform: Supabase (database and authentication), Anthropic (AI analysis), and Railway (hosting). Your property data is never shared with third parties for advertising.

4. Cookies and Session Data

We use a single httpOnly session cookie (propintel_session) to maintain your authenticated session. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.

5. Data Retention

Your account and property data is retained as long as your account is active. Unverified accounts older than 30 days are automatically purged. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

You may access, correct, or delete your personal information through your account settings or by contacting us directly.
